Well, our consultants generally work with Java, J2EE or .NET languages, and are passionate about Open Source software, Test Driven Development and utilising Agile methodologies (predominantly XP) to ensure that we deliver to business needs. This involves collaborative teamwork with all the appropriate parties - that means business/user participation at a high level. Communication is at the heart of what we do, and we use Agile methodologies to help us deliver quality software that delivers business value.

We believe that the key to effective software development is creating the very best software teams. Naturally, the foundation of the best teams is the best players - which for software means people that combine technical skills with the ability to collaborate.
